Annex 4: Pooling transmission links
This annex contains a non-exhaustive list of the cases in which it is reasonable in principle to authorise the pooling transmission links for access to the local loop, in case of physical co-location. France Télécom can only justify refusal of such configurations on the grounds of certain specific local constraints.
This annex does not deal with optic cable aspects of connection, which can also be pooled.
1) Transmission links deployed by the operator
Use for unbundling of transmission equipment co-located for interconnection
Deployment of transmission equipment in the co-location room for unbundling
Use for interconnection of transmission equipment deployed in the co-location room for unbundling
2) Transmission links provided by France Télécom
3) Transmission links provided by third parties
Use for unbundling by an operator A of transmission equipment deployed in the co-location room by an operator B
Use for unbundling by an operator A of transmission equipment co-located for interconnection by an operator B present for unbundling in the co-location room.
Use for unbundling by an operator A of transmission equipment co-located for interconnection by an operator B not doing unbundling.
