Until 6 October 2008, ARCEP is submitting for public consultation the relevant references and concepts for the establishment of mobile voice call termination price ceilings.

In the public consultation, ARCEP presents its updated network cost model for Metropolitan mobile network operators (MNO), as well as its network cost models for active overseas MNOs.

ARCEP will use the results of this consultation to establish new ceilings which will be applicable beginning July 2009 in Metropolitan France and beginning 1st January 2010 in overseas dependencies.
